The 4th attempt was the good one! Now my model looks closer to the original Zetman design from Masakazu Katsura.
Head modelling process done, before playing with the mesh in Zbrush I have to model the complete body in 3ds max, I feel more comfortable with vertex per vertex moving workflow when working from 2D references, this way I exactly get what I want and from this basic model I can freely sculpts details.
